Andorra round-up: Crucial win for title hopefuls

FC Santa Coloma closed the gap on 1a Divisió leaders UE Sant Julià to four points with a 1-0 defeat of fellow challengers FC Encamp Dicoansa on Monday.

Francesco Soria Gomez's struck the only goal of the game in 76th minute to move Santa Coloma above Encamp in the Andorran first division table.

Coasted to victory
Leaders Sant Julià, who coasted to a 4-1 home win over Sporting Club d'Escaldes on Sunday, have 25 points, Santa Coloma 21 and Encamp 19. All three teams have played nine matches.
