Sunderland AFC have signed Sweden striker Rade Prica from Danish league leaders Aalborg BK for a fee of €2.7m.
Goalscoring record
It is manager Roy Keane's second purchase in two days after the north-east club agreed a deal with fellow English Premier League side Manchester United FC for defender Phil Bardsley on Tuesday. Prica has won 14 caps for Sweden and scored 28 goals in 48 games for AaB, finishing the top scorer in the Superligaen last season. "Rade is an experienced striker with a good goalscoring record," Keane said. "He's hungry to play in the Premier League and will give us attacking options."
